Terms of use

The service

Winetastr is a tool for planning and hosting wine tastings. It is run by Morten Kruse Søndergaard, Denmark, as a private person, and is free to use for now. By using Winetastr you accept these terms.

Age

Winetastr is about alcohol. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

Hosts

As a host you are responsible for your tasting: the guests you invite and the information you add about them, the wines and texts you add, and that serving and selling wine to your guests is legal where you are. Only invite people who expect to hear from you.

Orders and payment

Wine orders and payments (e.g. MobilePay) are made directly between guest and host. Winetastr only shows the order and is not a party to the purchase. Questions about delivery, price or refunds go to the host.

Fair use

Do not use Winetastr for spam, illegal content or to gain access to other people’s data. We may close accounts that break these terms.

No guarantee

Winetastr is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors, and are not liable for indirect losses.

Changes

We may change these terms, e.g. when paid plans arrive. Important changes will be announced on the site. Questions: contact@winetastr.com. Danish law applies.
